LET IT FLOW

$500.00

Gabrielle loves poking around in Habitat for the Humanity and other Reuse building supply stores to see what is there. In 2012 she found a mop head designed to hold a 36” wide mop to use on gym floors. She bought it and decided to use it to create an installation/ window covering for the 36” window in her studio. She cut up upcycled fabric she had into long strips and tied it to the mop head. She also tied some frayed electric cords and tubing she had to the flow of upcycled textiles.6-7’.

She has since relocated and the assemblage has hung in an art installation. It looks best if hung on the wall that is at least 9’ high.It makes a vibrant and colorful fiber art statement.
